The Thinking Pot is a collaboration of policy analysts who believe that we humans are creating the world in which we live. It makes sense that we should aim at making a liveable world for ourselves and future generations. Towards this end, we believe that thoughtful engagement of citizens can help better direct international policy to increase rather than decrease our shared well-being. You can read about our contributors here.
The Thinking Pot publishes posts on policy issues that directly influence human well-being. This includes peace, migration and protection of human rights, information and media, the current unrest in important international clubs, such as the UK bid to change or leave the EU. Human well-being includes the environment and how we manage it, as we humans are entirely dependent on the earth and its services, including a climate stable at an temperature range acceptable to the functioning of our water and soil systems, as well as other species including crops.
